Why should you not buy Vivo V21
The Vivo V21 is a competent mid-ranger with many of the qualities we’ve come to expect from this intriguing brand. Vivo smartphones are recognized for their compact designs and outstanding camera technology, and they have dominated the smartphone market for more than half a decade. It’s recently Vivo V21 was released on June 2021 in Pakistan at a price of Rs. 59,999.
Vivo V21 is overall an outstanding phone. It has an amazing camera, a long-lasting battery that supports fast charging, and a decent storage capacity. Let us proceed on to a brief review of Vivo v21.
Vivo V21 Review:
The Vivo V21 5G is available in three stunning color schemes. When holding the phone, it has a simple, sleek design that appears premium. The display, which is a 6.44-inch AMOLED panel, will not disappoint you. Impressive features include a 90Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. Under the display, you’ll find a fingerprint sensor as well as face ID options. Because you’re receiving Dimensity 800U 5G processors, which are now one of the finest mid-ranger 5G chipsets, the processing area performs well. Whether you’re multitasking or playing a time-consuming game, this chipset is up to the challenge. In terms of performance, the software and hardware setup are both adequate, and the graphic and visual balance is pleasing.
The Android 11 OS ecosystem, on the other hand, is built on Funtouch 11.1 UI support. You can pick between 128GB and 256GB of storage, with 8GB of RAM remaining constant in both variants. The camera of the Vivo V21 5G is its distinguishing feature. Its primary camera is a 1/1.72-inch 64MP sensor with OIS, which is quite good. The primary sensor on the V21 is accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and a nearly 2MP macro sensor. In the V21 5G, Vivo has taken the unusual step of including a big 44MP selfie sensor. That’s unique enough on its own, but add in OIS and two LED flashes (one on each side of the notch) and you’ve got a selfie machine that’s exceptionally well-equipped. A 4,000mAh battery powers the Vivo V21 5G. Even with the panel set to 90Hz, a full 15-hour day with about 4 hours of screen-on time would leave us with around 50% of the battery full.
Although Vivo V21 is no doubt an outstanding phone there are few problems that have been encountered by the users. Here is a list of them.
Disadvantages of buying Vivo v21
- Unavailability of punch hole display which is available in almost all the phones of competitiors in similar price range. Instead water drop display has been used.
- 3.5mm jack not present
- Battery of 4000mAh is not sufficient as compared to other competitors phone.
- Without NFC support.
- Gyro-EIS is missing.
- Shared SIM micro SD card support.
- No wireless charging.
- No gorilla glass protection.
- Little overpriced.
Conclusion:
If you are a serious gamer who has long hours of gaming purpose then this phone is definitely not for you because it does not have a powerful processor for heavy gaming and its battery is not big enough to supply power for a long period of time. Playing heavy games for longer hours will drain its battery quickly. Moreover, if you are looking for a phone with some amazing camera qualities then try some other phone. Although Vivo V21 has a decent camera it is not outstanding.
